NC Builder Institute Classes To Be Held March 5-7
Registration is now open for the Spring 2019 Session of the North Carolina Builder Institute.

Eighteen courses will be offered over three days, including NAHB’s CAPS I,II, & III as well as popular NCBI classes such as BM110 Accounting & QuickBooks for Builders and PM107 Building Codes, which will highlight key changes in the 2018 NC Residential Building Code that became effective January 1st. We’re also offering a special HERS Associate Certification Course designed for builders, realtors, code inspectors and others who can benefit from understanding how the HERS Index is used in the construction and sale of new homes.
Classes will be held at the McKimmon Center on the campus of NC State University. The address is 1101 Gorman Street, Raleigh, NC 27606.

What Do Classes Cost?
4-Hour Class: $95 by March 1, $115 after March 1
8-Hour Class: $190 by March 1, $230 after March 1
NAHB Courses: $225 by March 1, $250 after March
