NC Home Builders Educational and Charitable Foundation Raises $17,375 for Disaster Relief in Kentucky
During NCHBA’s 1st Quarter Board Meeting, NCHBA Immediate Past President and NC Home Builders Charitable Foundation Chair Michael Enscore (left) presented a check to 2022 NCHBA President Wes Carroll for $17,375 to support disaster relief efforts in Kentucky.
In the aftermath of devastating tornadoes in Kentucky in December 2021, NCHBA asked our members to join us in supporting disaster relief efforts through the NC Home Builders Educational and Charitable Foundation.
Both individual members and local HBAs stepped up and contributed to the effort. A special thank you to two local HBAs that went above and beyond. The Stanly County HBA contributed $5,000 and the Wilkes-Yadkin HBA contributed $2,000.
In total, $17,375 was raised to assist the hardest hit areas of Kentucky.
